Each story captures real employees in their element, showing what their day-to-day looks like and the pride they bring to their work. The goal was to give audiences a behind-the-scenes look at the roles that keep Camping World running while inspiring future team members to see themselves as part of it.

My Role
Each story starts with one simple question: what makes this person’s day unique? I plan a short shot list, film during real work moments, and keep gear light so nothing feels staged or slow. The goal is to capture people as they are, not as a scripted version of themselves.
